A renovation project concerning the planning and design of a dilapidated flat (approximately 130 ), including a large roof terrace overlooking Ra'anana. The flat is suited to a young man with a child whose demands were a nice, open and functional flat in order to brighten the place from its former gloom, and to take full advantage of the spectacular view. This project demanded a deep insight with a pleasing outcome: a modern minimalistic flat, masculine but warm.
