A Duplex flat in Herzliya

2 floors comprising of an upside-down duplex which were added on to an old building during the process of Tama in Herzlia.
2 spacious, light, and inviting floors hosting a family of 6 persons and a pet.
What is the meaning of an upside-down duplex? On ascending to the 5 floor you are met with the common area (kitchen, lounge dining space, guest toilet, and study).adjoing these areas are 3 inviting balconies with fantastic urban views. As the saying goes at least every house deserves at least one balcony.
The lower floor comprises of spacious bedrooms, with a shared community space that holds double-sided furniture. This functions dually, as the one side hosts the television whilst the other side accommodates storage for board games, etc. The area also includes a workspace and an asymmetrical library, all blending in seamlessly.
Each individual in the house is afforded his own space . The central bathroom includes a bath, shower, double sink, a hidden toilet, and a washing machine.
The color palette chosen is natural wood tones, a dark grey-blue, white, and a touch of black. Much of the specialized carpentry was designed by me. This affords perfect harmony.
