The aim: The restoration and planning of an old dark and dilapidated flat of approximately 110 square meters  for young couple with 3 children. In order to maximize the interior space, we enlarged the kitchen and bathrooms. We knocked out the utility area, creating an inviting, on suite bedroom and bathroom with ample cupboard space for the parents. A children's bathroom, both light, and spacious, with ample storage space plus a work space and kitchen were also added into the equation.
