The aim: The planning and design of a brand new project, straight from the contractor.

The flat is 120 square meters , designed for a young couple. From a standard living space, by giving up both a laundry room and extra bedroom I created a spacious light living area with many storage options, a work area, a children's bathroom and a luxurious main bedroom.

The design concept: eclectic, modern, vintage.
